Chris Burton - Operations and Customer Service Manager
Chris Burton is currently responsible for customer service and employee training at BPFAST LLC. Prior to joining BPFAST LLC., Chris acquired nine years of IT experience working for the financial E-commerce company TD Ameritrade where he served in a supervisory role within TD Ameritrade’s Operations department. His responsibilities included managing employees, issue tracking and escalation, the development and execution of plans and procedures to support mission critical shift-related work, and serving as a central point communication for all essential processing. His exposure to this dynamic, yet procedural, environment fostered his desire to work with BPFAST LLC. to quickly develop cost effective workflow management solutions, mandatory document versioning for procedures and training, and issue tracking.
